The Susheela Gopalan Memorial Trust and the Indian School for Women’s Studies and Development (ISWSD) take great pleasure in inviting you for the first Susheela Gopalan Memorial Lecture to be held on the 19th of December 2018. 

Dr. Indu Agnihotri, whose contribution to the women’s movement both as academician and activist is well known, has kindly consented to deliver the lecture titled “Confronting Persistent Inequalities - Women in Contemporary India”. 

The programme will be held at the Deputy Speaker’s Hall, Constitution Club, Rafi Marg, New Delhi from 4.00 pm onwards. 

We request you to kindly block the date in advance, and join us to commemorate Susheela Gopalan’s Seventeenth Memorial Day in a befitting manner.
