AlDWA is holding a protest demonstration tomorrow at the Saudi Arabian Embassy demanding a thorough investigation and action in the alleged case of trafficking and sexual exploitation of two Nepali women in the home of a Saudi diplomat in Gurgoan near Delhi. The nature of torture narrated by these women is highly disturbing. One of them is a widow and the other one is a wife of a cancer patient and the domestic help job in desperation but were never paid in four months. AIDWA appreciates the role of another help who ran away after seeing the torturous conditions these two and contacted a organization which further filed the complaint in this case. However due to the diplomatic immunity the accused haven’t been named in the FIR.

AIDWA demands that the MEA must ask for the immunity to be waived in this case as the charges are of grave nature and according to the reports Saudi embassy is already claiming that charges are false without any investigation. AIDWA will hold a protest demonstration in front of Saudi Arabian Embassy, C- 2, Paschimi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi – 110 057 on 10th September, 2015 at 12.30 p.m.
